Spring Air Back Supporter Mattress
My husband has back problems due to sports injuries and I like my bed super soft so a pillowtop back supporter was an excellent compromise.

We used our queen sized pillowtop Alexis, Back Supporter
1.5 years before buying an overpriced king memory foam monster just because the internet said they were sooo great (FYI if you live in the desert like us, where it’s either wicked cold or wicked hot, you either sink to the bottom of the bed or you feel like your sleeping on a rock, which makes no one happy. . . .)

Sometimes we sleep in the guest room when we can’t take it anymore. We haven’t noticed any lumping but both of us are light-average weight. Also, our guests who slept on the spring air always make sure to tell us how great it was in the morning as we rub our backs in agony.

We’re going to look for a King size Spring Air Back Supporter next week as this mattress gives us the perfect sleep, and the larger king size will suit our body size.

Looking for Pillows

Many thanks to Spring air for helping me in purchasing the Spring Air mattress, the Back Supporter LATEX.  We’re very happy with it.  Now, we would like to buy the pillow.  We like to have standard size, but we don’t know we need soft or firm.  I have problem with my shoulder and neck pain due to the wrong kind of pillow we’re using.  Can anyone advise on where to get the pillows from Spring Air?

A sleep fit for a King!

I have to say, my first night sleeping on my new Spring Air King Pacifica mattress was a whole new world for me compared to my last 6 months of tossing and turning!  The foam topping is the best. I couldnt sleep on anything else. It works great!!  The only thing i dont like about it is that it makes my bed a little more higher. But its super comfortable and great for anyone with any aches and pains. I just got a new bed recently and i had to buy a new mattress. There is no other kind i would buy!

Excellent product and Excellent Customer Service!

I had a good experience this year with spring air’s customer service department and I learned that Spring Air is a completely different company now than they used to be!  If you read alot of the reviews online, you will see some unhappy people in the past.  So I figured I would share my experience with the “new” spring air.  Like many other people, I was looking for a new Mattress, I am a single mother of 4 children and I live in Trenton, New Jersey.  Two of my Children sleep on my bed with me because of lack of space and money in our small house.  A good sleep is important to me and especially to my growing kids, so I spent more money than I could really afford buying a Spring Air mattress.  Little did I know that the company would declare banktruptcy and shut down right as I had ordered my product!  :(  

I was devastated! The shipping company was holding onto my product that I had already paid for, and wasnt going to release it unless I paid $230 in fees for storage. I felt like I was ‘up a creek without a paddle’.  Fortunately, I learned that what happened was Spring Air had gone into Bankruptcy, closed down virtually overnight and then relaunched the company coming out of Bankruptcy protection. Luckily for me, the ‘new’ Spring Air International cares about their customers!  I called in and plead my case with their customer service department.  After they tracked down my order and information and listened to me, a sad mother at her wits end, Spring Air called me back and told me that they will Absorb the storage cost and send me my mattress!  I was impressed by their quick and helpful customer service committment!

It seems to me like the “new” Spring Air is getting a bad rep from the fallout of the “old” Spring Air that went under.  I really think the customer service has come a very long way from what it used to be!  I had talked to customer service before the company closed its doors and I also talked to customer service in the “new” spring air, and let me tell you, its like talking to a whole new company!  They really put their customers first!  I would definately recommend this product, its provided me and my children a great sleep, but more importantly I would recommend their customer service!  In todays world customer service is everything, and I really think that this company knows they have to show their customers that they are nothing like the Spring Air of the past.  Kudos to you Spring Air for taking care of me!
