I had a good experience this year with spring air’s customer service department and I learned that Spring Air is a completely different company now than they used to be! If you read alot of the reviews online, you will see some unhappy people in the past. So I figured I would share my experience with the “new” spring air. Like many other people, I was looking for a new Mattress, I am a single mother of 4 children and I live in Trenton, New Jersey. Two of my Children sleep on my bed with me because of lack of space and money in our small house. A good sleep is important to me and especially to my growing kids, so I spent more money than I could really afford buying a Spring Air mattress. Little did I know that the company would declare banktruptcy and shut down right as I had ordered my product! 
I was devastated! The shipping company was holding onto my product that I had already paid for, and wasnt going to release it unless I paid $230 in fees for storage. I felt like I was ‘up a creek without a paddle’. Fortunately, I learned that what happened was Spring Air had gone into Bankruptcy, closed down virtually overnight and then relaunched the company coming out of Bankruptcy protection. Luckily for me, the ‘new’ Spring Air International cares about their customers! I called in and plead my case with their customer service department. After they tracked down my order and information and listened to me, a sad mother at her wits end, Spring Air called me back and told me that they will Absorb the storage cost and send me my mattress! I was impressed by their quick and helpful customer service committment!
It seems to me like the “new” Spring Air is getting a bad rep from the fallout of the “old” Spring Air that went under. I really think the customer service has come a very long way from what it used to be! I had talked to customer service before the company closed its doors and I also talked to customer service in the “new” spring air, and let me tell you, its like talking to a whole new company! They really put their customers first! I would definately recommend this product, its provided me and my children a great sleep, but more importantly I would recommend their customer service! In todays world customer service is everything, and I really think that this company knows they have to show their customers that they are nothing like the Spring Air of the past. Kudos to you Spring Air for taking care of me!
